Representative Crion has delivered a provocative speech that he must have known was going to result in his suspension from the Senate. I am inclined to believe that he anticipated this, and that it may be only the beginning of a larger plan. The Imperial Security Bureau must monitor him, Director. We must know who he meets with and where he goes, and most importantly, he must not elude us as Mon Mothma did. I hasten to add that we don't know for certain that the Representative will flee Imperial Center, but all the same we must be certain that he does not (or, if he does, we must be certain where he is going).

Since the Representative has been suspended, his Senate privileges and diplomatic immunity have been suspended as well. The Coruscant Security Force has been following him since he left the Senate Rotunda after his speech, and Moff Brandt has told me that they will hand this responsibility to the ISB when you are ready to assume it. Also, the Tapani government is cooperating with us in monitoring the Representative's finances, and this information will be available to you on request.
