It has come to my attention some notable events have occurred on Corulag. Yet, my office, nor the Deputy Director of Operations' office, nor the Chief of Destab's office, has any form of report from you, Agent Dakkari. Furthermore, none of these offices have any record of an authorized operation on Corulag or papers authorizing any sort of operative command override of the 13th Stormtrooper Legion, which is barely possible for our agency to do so. Is it possible you have gone rogue, Agent Dakkari?

This is a time of peace, and Corulag is too well defended for the most slush brained insurgent to even consider attacking. It is also an area of confidence and pride, and attacks on such are damaging to the public image of the Empire and shakes the citizenry's confidence in our ability to rule. Contrary to Destab's opinion, insurgencies are not to be encouraged.

Now, I know of your past with Marshall Commander Fajra Merav while you two were in the Tapani Sector, I know that the Mighty Monnok insurgent group does not have the assets displayed in this attack, I know that any insurgent force capable of the Corulag attack did not do so, and I know of the public "feud", as it were, between Commander Merav and the Monnok. This pieces together too well and yet not at all, and it is enough to raise my suspicions.

You are to obey within ninety-six hours, the following orders:

1. You are to submit a full report directly to my office on your operations on Corulag.
2. You are to return proper command of the 13th Stormtrooper Legion over to Marshall Commander Merav's Executive Officer.
3. You are to be in my office, on Coruscant, within one standard week. Until I give authorization otherwise, you are forbidden from approaching or having contact with any non-Imperial Intelligence personnel. this included ALL Senators and Representatives.

Failure to comply with any of these orders will result in determination of you having gone rogue, access to all information, benefits, and funds will be revoked, and a termination order will be given out to your person.

With all due respect, Director Isard. Commander Fajra Merav has already been restored her powers over the 13th Legion. I believe she is now somewhere over Sarka gathering what remains of her forces there. Though truly, it was a tragedy what beset her here at Corulag. I have my fullest confidence that she will receive medal for her brave attempt at squandering this heinous, and quite surprising attack as well, Director.

However I must say I am heavily disappointed that while you may be aware of a past the Commander and myself had shared, amazed actually, considering this relationship was quietly between just her and I and away from all eyes and ears. But I am disappointed that you have failed to see the undying loyalty I hold for this glorious Empire. I hold you in such high regard, Director. I was hoping my work would be viewed with an equal respect.

I apologize if my words thus far have rang foully with the tone and pace of insubordination, it is not the case, I assure. Just as I may say that ego has not reared. But you and I both know that fear is what maintains us these rotating gears. More and more of these Rebellious insurgencies rise daily, and more and more they will cry out for a universal brotherhood, they cry that all citizens of this beautiful Empire are being drilled in what to do, and how they should think, what they should feel. And I was under the impression that that is where our line is drawn, Director.

Under no circumstance do I feel I have broken mandate of my Branch nor breached my Authority. You know better than I what Destabilization was created for, I do not feel we need broach this subject here, nor when I arrive to debrief. It was my understanding I was part of a necessary evil to maintain the greater good of our Empire when I swore in my oath.

All words aside, my Report is complete, it will be sent immediately. And I fully agree, this attack was indeed surprising. Confidence and pride will be shaken to it's very core at such an unsuspecting and unprovoked happening. Swift retribution and a hefty political backlash are the only means of retaliation. Like sheep they will be lead in to our arms from this slaughter, and we will be their marvelous protectors from the deadly terrorists that wish to only impede upon their freedom if they do not bend to the cause of Rebellion.
