All Deralians UNEMPLOYED (and their dependants) for the last SIX MONTHS (based on local tax records) as of TODAY and HENCEFORTH are to be enlisted in the DERALIAN IMPERIAL LABOUR CORPS (unless they are able to prove they have means to maintain their lifestyle for at least 5 years). Service in the LABOUR CORPS will be MANDATORY.

LABOUR CORPSPEOPLE will be ENTITLED to FOOD, SHELTER and PECUNIARY REWARD (in some cases). LABOUR CORPSPEOPLE will be assigned to LABOUR in the RIBALDEQUIN AUGUSTUS ARCOLOGY. All LABOUR CORPSMEN will be REQUIRED to SUBMIT to an APTITUDE TEST which will DETERMINE YOUR POSITION. A VARIETY of ACADEMIC and PRACTICAL qualifications will be available to ALL LABOUR CORPSPEOPLE who are seen to LABOUR WELL in their ALOTTED POSITION.

LABOUR CORPS service will be for a period of FIVE YEARS and those who SUCESSFULLY COMPLETE their service (with conduct classed as Exemplary) will be REWARDED with 7,500 IMPERIAL CREDITS and SIX MONTHS to find a new employment. Should they FAIL TO FIND EMPLOYMENT within this TIMEPERIOD they will be RE-ENLISTED in the LABOUR CORPS for a further FIVE YEAR service.

FURTHERMORE,

DEBTORS will be given PROTECTION FROM THEIR CREDITORS by the IMPERIAL GOVERNMENT on ENLISTMENT in the LABOUR CORPS.

ALSO,

WIVES AND CHILDREN will also be ENROLLED in the LABOUR CORPS and their work will be added to yours and EVALUATED TOGETHER. The family LABOUR CONDUCT and APTITUDE SCORE will be AVERAGED in order that families are able to SERVE THE SAME PERIOD OF SERVICE TOGETHER.

WORKERS will LABOUR according to their TALENTS and skill, and may PROGRESS over time due to EXEMPLARY CONDUCT and ABILITY.
