Senator, I'm pleased to speak with you at last and I'm looking forward to working with you in the Senate in the future. However, I write to you now on other business. Sluis Van is a renowned shipwright, and I was wondering if I could contract your shipyards to design a personal shuttle for me that is suitable for interstellar travel, capable of carrying a large number of passengers/cargo discreetly, but is also inconspicuous in its design so that it doesn't draw undue attention when traveling through, say, the wild and woolly regions of the Outer Rim. An ability to amply defend itself, too, would be appreciated. Do you think you can help me with this, Senator?Added (27 Apr 2011, 5:16 PM)

P.S. On a personal note, Senator, I've seen you talked down to and patronized in the Senate with phrases like "for an alien," "even Domon," and "one of the good ones." I haven't been in the Senate long but it seems to me that since the Crion incident, a lot of Senators of conviction haven't spoken out as much as they might want to. I may be naive, but I'd like to change that. But it'll require us all to speak out together on the things that are important to us, and this is why I hope you and I can work together in the future.
