I am speaking on behalf of the Moff. In this regard I must apologize that the current requirement for workers was filled by another of your own race, who was able to bring us what we were looking for, which was workers and not slaves. It is in this capacity that I feel you deserve an explanation of what happened. When the Moff contacted you, he was looking for workers and not slaves as you took it to mean. Upon speaking with another, whom took it to mean what was meant, he provided for us the information necessary to hire the workers and where to find them. His payment is already enroute to him, with a follow up bonus still on the way. I hope that we can put this behind us and do business at another time. It was not that the choice was made to not acquire the rare birds you requested, as much as it was the fact that the Moff has a certain liking for specific species, of which the requested payment happened to be.
