| Your Highness, Queen Cerra,
We've not met, but your involvement in the Society for the Improvement of the Outer Rim is well known to me. I too am a member, and I too have been invited to the Cormond Conference, which I noticed you also plan to attend. I am Drayson de Vega, and I represent a company that is known for its philanthropic interest in the Outer Rim. I look forward to seeing you at the conference not only because I think we are of like mind on this and other issues, but because I've admired you in the Imperial Senate—a Senate so often bereft of reason.
I write to you, however, because my travels take me this week to the Msst Sector, and I would be interested in visiting Garos IV. My company has a matter it would like me to discuss with you, but I feel I would also enjoy meeting you in person and exchanging views, as well as sight seeing on your fine world. If you will have me, please do let me know.

I would like to thank you for your kind compliments. You are more than welcome to visit Garos while you are visiting the Msst Sector. Also I must insist that you stay in the palace and allow one of my aides to show you around. As for speaking with myself I will do my best to be on planet during your visit but you must understand that I am pulled in many different directions as of late but I will do my best to be on Garos in the upcoming days.
Please communicate your anticipated date and time of arrival to my office staff so we may have things ready for your visit.
