I will be plain with you, I wish to meet you in person with a view to arranging a shipment of missiles which are known for containing.. Diamond.. and Boron... In exchange I would be willing to allow you to operate in the Tammuz Sector in your enterprises (so long as I see no activity of lawbreaking).
You have my personal assurance of safe conduct within my Sector.
You are invited to meet me aboard the Imperial-class Star Destroyer "Amanita" or at a private location on the volcanic world of Shola. We will be docked over Shola, you have my assurance the system will be cleared of all traffic to ensure our meeting is in private. I hope we can come to an arrangement with a view to keeping you on a generous retainer.
