Gentleman and Ladies
The criminal known as "A Friend" has been reported as attempting to give gifts of illegal weapons.
He is wanted in the Tammuz Sector for the following charges:
-Arms Illegal Dealing (3x Counts)
-Attempted Illegal Arms Dealing (2x Counts)
-Ownership of a Capital-class ship
-Multiple Homicide
-Attempted Bribery of an Imperial Official
-Rape (24 Counts)
-Trafficking Humans for Sexual Servitude
-Malicious Communications
I would caution all individuals who come into contact with this being posing as "A Friend" to report the contact immediately to Imperial Authorities. The individual is thought to be armed and dangerous and should not be cornered without sufficient force to subdue him. If he is captured, please deport the Individual to the Tammuz Sector as per Inter-sector Deportation policy and the full force of justice will meet him. Being an organised criminal and as per the Organised Crime codes, he has been convicted in absentia of a number of these offences by a full court.
He has been noted in my sector to send malicious communications to Planetary Rulers, it should be noted by all planetary leaders he is not a legal arms dealer and every weapon sold by this individual have been reported as being either cheap copies of the system ordered or else simply defective items which pose a danger to everyone around them.
It should be noted that any individual communicating or entering contract with this individual will be considered to be aiding a felon as per Imperial Statute, this message should particularly be circulated amongst Senators who may be unaware of the dangers involved in dealing with such criminals.

Thank you for the warning regarding this individual calling himself "a friend," more aptly known as a fiend, I should think. I will direct the authorities of the Imperial Sector, as well as the many Imperial Senators I come in contact with, to be wary the machinations of this humorously unaccomplished hooligan, whose only distinctions appear to be his sexual depravity and his access to rare weapons (rather, imitations thereof, apparently). Needless to say, this criminal dilettante shall not so much as enter the Imperial Sector without being identified and summarily shot. His Majesty's sector has no patience for aspiring felons, gentlemen. Neither, I'm sure, do your sectors.

| I agree fully, Moff Brandt. It is a shame to see those who cannot bear love for the Empire and it's helping hand turn to such foul means of attempting to bring harm to our loyal and hardworking people. Such a sentient, though I dare to call such an unscrupulous being that, cannot be any better than a rabid animal, fit only for extermination. As Moff Levi mentions though, this malicious character has solicited his services to a number of planetary rulers. Who is to say his influence is not more widespread? I fear the ambition of some Moffs might well lead them into an accord with this character for their own means.
I of course, have no proof of this and I slander no Moffs, but it would seem wise to ensure, in some shape or form, that those of us who have shown large amounts of ambition as of late, be given a second glance.
