It has most recently reached my ears that you have a very admirable wish for your world. A wish that would see it become a "Coruscant" of the Outer Rim. It is this vision that you have seen for your planet that I find most honorable for a man in your position. To put your people and their pride first before your own, to see them become something great, even in the face of opposition. I understand that it is difficult to get many to believe in that which you do, to believe that your people can reach a peak at which Coruscant sits, yet, I can see that vision. It is one of hope for your people and I wish to help. I can help you reach that vision, to start you off on your first steps down the road that will turn Deralia into a power house in the Outer Rim. A sister of Coruscant, if you will. I only ask that you allow of me the full mining rights of your planet and prevent any others from operating on your surface. I have read reports from my own offices of how other companies work, destroying the crust from orbit and trying to alter the environment of the planet. I can assure you that our methods of mining are safe. In turn there will be thousands more jobs opened for your people. More jobs means more credits for those families, more credits means that those families can afford to purchase things that once before were out of their reach. More spending on goods and taxes on more imports means a stronger economy. A strong economy means that you've set your first step forward down the path to turn Deralia into a Coruscant of the Outer Rim.

| Your Excellency,
Just to serve as a correction, I said that I wish for my homeworld to become the Imperial Center of the Outer Rim. And to also correct, Deralia is already a powerhouse, contrary to what some may tell you, it is my wish for us to become the leading powerhouse, superior to all others. While I am not opposed to outside assistance and development, however our focus has been on development of our own economy and industries. Surely, outsiders could advance our advancement much quicker than the process of developing and advancing our domestic companies, we don't want to be a world dominated by an external economy. Becoming the Imperial Center of the Outer Rim requires we be self-sufficient. The only outside company at this time with heavy involvement with Deralia is Rothana Heavy Engineering, which will hopefully reach independence soon.
I am, however, not unwilling to speak to you on the matter. I am currently away on a diplomatic mission to Garos IV, however, upon my return I would be more than happy to welcome you to my people's beautiful world. I will notify you upon my return, the duration of which should give you plenty of time to prepare. I thank you for your interest in our world, and I look forward to our meeting.
