| Director, it has come to the attention of the Ruling Council that a number of Imperial worlds, in particular those of the Cronese Mandate, are preparing to send "relief supplies" to Monor II, to support the regime of the intransigent Agapos IX. While the Council considers dynamic solutions to the problem of Agapos himself, in the meantime we do imminently require an operation to impede these relief ships. You noted that Imperial Intelligence already has assets in the Cronese Mandate, and I ask you commit these to the sort of operation I've described as soon as possible. You are authorized to sabotage these ships provided it does not result in the death of Imperial citizens. Disable as many ships as you can, and those that do leave the Cronese Mandate will be stopped at the nearest hyperspace waypoint and delayed on procedural matters.
Do keep me apprised of the situation, Director, and any information you have that could be of use to the deliberations of the Ruling Council on this issue.
