Lord Agapos, my name is Avadrie volFyr. I am the Imperial Senator for the world Empress Teta, of the Empress Teta system. I have been following this building incident closely in the Senate and I have volunteered myself to come to your world and negotiate between your people and those of Druckenwell. As you can see, there is the potential for violence surrounding your world and I must implore you to do everything you can to avoid it.
Namely, receive my diplomatic entreaty and negotiate with me in good faith to remedy this situation in a peaceful, cooperative manner. My goal is the best possible outcome for both your people and the greater whole of the Empire. As far as I observe the situation, you object to Imperial mining of Cirrifog because it harms the natural ecology of your system, as well as your youth. You object to the presence of Druckenwell forces in your orbit.
I look forward to discussing these points and more with you when I arrive in the system.

| Agapos IX's Letter to the Senator of Empress Tetanus
1. No settlement will be reached while Druckenwell ships invade the Holy Space of the Maker. We do not negotiate with invaders,
2. Mining of our resources will be permissible only on a renewable basis which is profitable to the people of the Maker.
3. Violence is sometimes the Maker's way of showing us his will. The Maker has pronounced a curse through myself on the Druckenwellians who have been fairly warned,
4. We have never provoked Druckenwell, never have they attempted any diplomacy but gunboat diplomacy.
5. We merely wish to live our lives in the light of the Maker without the shadows of Druckenwell over my people.

Lord Agapos, I desire to help you achieve those things for your world. But I will require a show of good faith on your part to get anything started. I am traveling a long way to come help your world.
I have two questions. I am not the invader. Will you meet with me when I arrive in your system?
The second is this, what do you say in regards the Imperial records that state that your world is behind in its financial obligations to the Empire, and the allegations of illegal arms?

| We have no illegal arms, the Empire has not suggested this. We are not behind on our taxes and can provide receipts to prove it.
We allow sustainable harvest or cirrifog at a fair price.. I personally will not meet with you, the chosen of the Maker does not converse idly with those below his station.
You may meet with High Priest Verbis, however. He will negotiate no settlement that leaves a single Druckenwell machine or citizen to remain in our space or on our world. They are outcasts, less than nothing, cursed men..
