| In accordance with Section II, Article I of the Intra-Imperial Relations Act, the government of Anaxes notifies you of it's intent to commence a protest in the form of a blockade of Aeeq in response to the ongoing dispute over Monor IIs space. We hope that this blockade will result in a satisfactory conclusion being reached by both sides. Aeeq represents an "Everyman" if you will in it's region and is so appropriate as a site for this dramatic protest.
We look forward to conducting a peaceful blockade which will act to secure rather than inconvenience the Aeeqi.
