| The government of Ralltiir shall award a bounty in the amount of 1,000 credits for the safe delivery of slaves into the custody of Ralltiir, whereupon their freedom will be assured; Provided the slaves are not considered the property of the Empire, and; Provided there is no reason to believe that the payment of this bounty shall contribute to the slave trade itself (i.e. no payments to slave traders). The amount of 1,000 credits shall be awarded on a "per slave" basis, and no limit exists on the number of slaves for as long as the bounty is offered.
