Recently I have begun to follow the events surrounding the happenings at Monor II, as such I have contacted Agapos IX directly and spoken to him about his concerns. In this time I was able to come to a fitting conclusion to our speaking, and have come into a very plausible and agreeable arrangement with Agapos IX in the area of mining Cirrifog. Agapos IX has given a list of what he would expect, and is currently ready and poised to sign over an contract permitting my company, Eos Productions Corporation, a full monopoly on all Cirrifog mining rights. Eos Productions Corporation will in turn, provide to the empire, free of charge, a large percentage of the Cirrifog mined each year on Monor II, keeping enough to pay for the workers and ensure a small profit for the Eos Productions Corporation. The highlight though Grand Vizer, is that the Empire will have a source of Cirrifog, that under Eos Productions Corporation control, will be monitored to ensure that the Empire receive a steady supply of Cirrifog each year, with out the worry of the resources running out, due to over mining, as Eos Productions Corporation will, at their cost, make studies to show the current level of the Cirrifog, the year depletion of mining, and the yearly renewal of the Cirrifog to ensure a ready and steady supply of Cirrifog to the Empire.
While many of the stipulations put forth by Agapos IX are simple enough, and futile enough for the Eos Productions Corporation to oversee and deal with, the largest problem being that Agapos IX has demanded the withdrawal of all Drunkenwell forces from their space, or he has refused to sign the contract granting the monopoly of the mining to the Eos Productions Corporation. Grand Vizer, as it stands now, Drunkenwell is now blocking and preventing the mining and export of Cirrifog to the Empire, more than they are helping to increase its production. At this time I would ask that the Chair request that Drunkenwell pull their ships out of Monor II space so that mining for Cirrifog by the Eos Productions Corporation can start as soon as the Drunkenwell ships leave Monor II space. They have also requested that those vessels in support of Druckenwell, the vessels from Sluis Van, are also removed from Monor II space, and that a proper security fleet provided by the Eos Productions Corporation be put into place to ensure the safety of Monor II and their Cirrifog production facilities.
