Possible Exclusive Mining Rights

Will be offered for tender in a challenging competition. A competition shall be held for these rights. In order to enter this competition an initial payment of 1,000,000,000 Credits shall be made for entry. Once entered, mining corporations will be allowed to compete freely for mining areas in the system. this competition will last for one year and the holders of the world at the year's close will be granted the rights over the portions which they control.

There will be no set territories, and no rules of engagement within the area involved.

Any structures/weapons/vessels/personnel which are legal under Imperial Law may be present.

10% of all resources extracted from Shola must be returned to the Sector Treasury, in addition to Imperial Mining rates with a 4% reduction for total control of Shola, 1% for control of each quarter of Shola. This is a very attractive offer for all medium-large mining corporations with the resources to take/hold the world. The Sector Government shall monitor the competition (and have observers present) to assure no un-involved parties are drawn into the competition or targeted. Any matters of contention will be decided by the Senior Observer present with recourse to appeal to the Sector Moff. Competition shall be limited to within 1/4 of an AU of Shola (jump point is approx 1/8th of a AU from Shola). Normal sector mining permits must be gained by all parties. No human minors permitted within the competition area. Exclusive mining rights will be granted for a period of 99 years (extendable upon application and payment of respective fees to Sector office).

For applications please contact the Tammuz Sector Bureau of Mines and Resources.

Moff of the Tammuz Sector
