Subject: Details on the dealings of known Criminal Mr. A. Friend with Baron Park

Admiral Hines,

In the recent months I have been tracking and following the dealings of the Known Criminal Mr. A. Friend, after a bounty had been posted on him to the citizens of the Empire to warn us of this dangerous man. In the past few months of my tracking him and watching him I have complied evidence of his dealings, while it was difficult to find his face or get a clear shot of him, other than a silhouette of what appears to be a Selkath, I did find shocking information in the tapes and logs that I managed to copy. In these tapes and logs were audio and video recording of Mr. A. Friend, with his client, a Mr. Baron Park. I was shocked and stunned to have come across this information, as well as complied the evidence of his dealings with the Criminal Mr. A. Friend.

The evidence is as follows.

Baron Park had purchased weapons from the known Criminal Mr. A. Friend, and at the end of each meeting, he paid the Criminal and allowed him to go free with out so much as an arrest. It was during these meetings that I was able to find out the exact nature of the weapons sold during their first meeting, Their Meeting on Tol Amn, and their further dealings , that much of the weaponry purchased by Baron Park from Mr. A. Friend is in fact stolen Imperial Property, taken during the chaotic times between the establishment of the glorious Empire and the defunct Republic lead by the Jedi.

Further more, Baron Park has made it clear to the known criminal Mr. A. Friend that he plans on using the weapons in a planned Ambush of Moff Levi, when the Moff arrives at Baron Park's home located in the Nevar Belt. It has also been made clear to me, that Baron Park not only procured stolen Imperial property to implement his plan, he also forged documents that would further sell Imperial property to the Criminal Mr. A. Friend in way of credits, not here in the forged RIMCO Stock Documents, as well as the forged Asteroid Propety Deed, that appears to have false names documented in the place of the solicitor and Assistant Chief Processor. It is believe now that Baron Park was going to horde the Imperial Property and natural resources of the Nevar Belt that belong to the Empire, for himself instead of handing it over to the Empire as he rightfully should have.

It has also been shown that he knew the Last Known Location of the Criminal Mr. A. Friend and decided to let him go, rather than bring him to justice, due to Baron Park's own greed, as it has also been noted that he has openly solicited the Criminal Mr. A. Friend, in hopes of continuing his own rotted dealings with the Criminal. I ask you Admiral Hines, to send someone to look into this matter. How can the Empire thrive if people like Baron Park, a former member of the Imperial Navy, as well as one whom claims himself a Baron of the Empire, is willing to allow criminals to go free.

Signed, Anonymous Human Imperial Citizen.

To the Anonymous Human

The Tammuz Sector would like to thank you for your time and interest in the case of "A Friend", we will proceed with alacrity in order to come to the crux of this matter.

In future you are advised not to write to an Imperial Admiral about a low level sector case, I have been informed that future cases of this will result in moves being taken against yourself for wasting Imperial Military time.

I am frankly dubious of the validity of your report, but it will be taken into account when evaluating the wider situation. Your data logs of the situation seem to imply some inside knowledge of "A Friend", certainly access to his computers. You are required to explain your knowledge of this data immediately and detail your own involvement with his operation.

Picture attached below if you need help finding Mr Friend.

Regards

Klaus Wethers

*Slicing droids would attempt to trace the "Anonymous" citizen through the various mirrors he attempted to use. After all, nothing was truly anonymous.*

*Note was taken that the syntax and sentence structure were hugely similar to that of Mr Friend in the recorded communications deposited, raising the suspicions of an attempted double cross. Much amusement was had of the attempt to move against Park (who was not an Imperial Baron, but a Baron of the Peerage of Deralia whos claim to the Nevar Belt (inside the Deralian Heliosphere) went back to distant Republic times and the time of the old Deralian Empire. Simon Levi chuckled when he saw the data, and also at the assumption that his Special Circumstances department had no knowledge of Park. Little did the sender know about Levi's wheels within wheels.. After being traced, the data was placed in storage.*

*Despite the best efforts of his staff to preserve the Admiral's time and re-direct provincial issues to the appropriate department or bureau, this particular message ended up in his inbox regardless. Intrigued, he made the appropriate inquiry and was also furnished with the response from the Tammuz Sector Legal Office to this anonymous informant. Hines read over the documents with equal parts interest and amusement. He took it seriously however, if only to find out the truth of the charge that Baron Park had conspired to assault an Imperial Moff. A few inquiries later, he'd learned from Moff Levi himself that he had been aware of the Baron's scheme, and indeed a participant in it for the purpose of capturing the arms dealer A. Friend. Hines didn't appreciate what he saw as careless use of Imperial resources (and a scheme involving the purchase of munitions from a known criminal, even if it did help to deplete A. Friend's stores), but how a Moff ran his Sector was his own business. One thing that was apparent, as the Tammuz Sector Legal Office had noted, was the suspicious amount of knowledge that this anonymous informant had of A. Friend's movements and transactions. It did occur to Hines that this could indeed be A. Friend himself, or one of his subordinates, and having learned that an attempt was made to trace the origin of the transmission, Hines would let it be. But reminded himself to make a point of registering his dissatisfaction with Moff Levi regarding his suspect use of Imperial funds and other resources, no matter how well intentioned.*
