| If you return immediately the Empire is likely to be more kindly disposed to settle with you diplomatically.
If you do not, then action will be taken to apprehend you swiftly and may result in you being injured or killed.
We do not wish a conflict with you or your people and are willing to be magnanimous, but only if you turn yourselves over, a Senator has been Injured, a Moff dead and many hundreds of Imperial crewmen killed by your people.. You must understand that in order to reverse this stain on your reputation you must comply and be as amenable as possible to Imperial authorities.
If not, all Hapan Refugees will likely be deported to Hapan space.

The few dozen people who make up the remnants of the Independent Hapan Nation have decided on another course of action. We have heard of the so-called mercy of the Empire and have instead unanimously consented to return to the Hapes Cluster of our own accord and there to throw ourselves at the mercy of the Consortium which, gods willing, are better than the so-called mercy of the Empire. If you choose to deport those who you have captured, then we will all end in the same place.
