I would like to first extend my sincerest apologies that I've been installed in the Senate as long as I have here on Imperial Center and have not made the time to make your acquaintance your Excellency.
It is my intent to hold a celebration on Imperial Center in honor of the glory of our Empire and the fine men who defend it with their lives. As the local Moff, it seems only fitting for me to seek and gain your approval and assistance in arranging as large as event as I would like to hold. This is to be in conjuction with military appreciation efforts that I'm promoting across the Empire in light of Moff Lestrade's sacrifice along with his men.
Perhaps we could meet sometime at your leisure to discuss it?

| My dear Senator vol'Fyr,
I was remiss not to make your acquaintance upon your arrival on Imperial Center. I try to welcome all new Senators to Imperial Center―it has been said that one never forgets their first time, and I endeavor to make it as memorable as can be. I am a busy man however, and my schedule doesn't always permit. But as recompense, I would be happy to meet with you to discuss arrangements for these military appreciation events. I'm not a "military man," so to speak, but I consider myself a man of the military. I make liberal use of them on Imperial Center and I see and appreciate what they do for this and indeed all Imperial worlds. There are few things that would please me more than honoring the military on Imperial Center, but one of them would be to have the pleasure of your acquaintance. My office will contact yours to make the necessary arrangements―I would like to suggest a tour of potential sites for the festivities, throughout which I might also make note of other points of interest for you during your stay in this fair city.

I must apologize for my horrid absence from Imperial Center and the Senate. Certain matters on Empress Teta required my utmost attention and attendance for the last few months. I am frankly quite embarrassed at having let the Military Appreciation efforts go silent along with other initiatives I had been pursuing.
I would so very much like to meet with you as we had planned to discuss the aforementioned effort, but also I have been approached by an entity about which I have some doubts and I am unsure as how to proceed, and I would greatly appreciate the guidance of someone such as yourself in handling the matter - and I fear it is quite urgent.

Please accept my sincerest "welcome back" to Imperial Center. I regret that you've been indisposed for so long in the Empress Teta system and I too would like to see the Military Appreciation efforts resume. But there will be time for this, my dear Senator. I am more presently troubled by the doubts you mentioned, and moreover the urgency of them, and would be happy to provide what counsel to you I may. Shall we meet at my office? It's on the grounds of the Imperial Palace; you simply must see it if you've not before.
