I just had supper with Senator Zarcaine and his wife, Amneris, and they extended an invitation to Chandar for a visit. Senator Zarcaine mentioned that you would be there in the next few weeks, and I was wondering if perhaps we could coordinate our trips? Kal and I are expecting our new ship to be delivered mid-week, so we should be able to travel by weeks end, or the beginning of next week at the latest.
There are a few things that I wish to discuss with you, and the Cronese Mandate seems like it would be the perfect place.

That is perfectly fine. I had already scheduled a trip to be taken to the Cronese Mandate. Along with a special friend of mine, I will be taking my personal shuttle. We can discuss about what you wishes to discuss with me, or, if you prefer, we can discuss after a couple of important issues I wishes to speak with Senator Kuriyoshi. In fact, this is perfect because there is a certain issue that you could help me with speaking to the fellow Senator about. The timing of arrival is perfectly acceptable.
