I write to you with regard to the Hapan renegades captured on Parein II, as this has been an issue in which you've shown a personal interest and, as I understand it, you are already in communication with the relevant officials responsible for their detention. Please communicate to them that the Ruling Council has made the following determinations respecting their fate; that the 5 individuals below presently detained on Vjun and Anaxes be deposited following thorough interrogation on the undesignated moon of Porus Vida, a planet on the border of the Hapes Cluster.

Suspected "leader" of Hapan incursion (detained on Vjun)
Wilt Tan'oor
Engineer and lieutenant to Da'shune (detained on Anaxes)
K'sa Tatham
Suspected collaborator w/Lieutenant Janus in attempted assassination of Da'shune (detained on Anaxes)
Z'su Ro'mar
Collaborator with Tan'oor and Janus in attempted assassination of Da'shune (detained on Anaxes)
Tri'fe Zhagel
Quartermaster and lieutenant to Da'shune (detained on Anaxes)
The Hapan Consortium shall be made aware through intermediaries that these individuals of particular value to the Hapan matriarchy will await retrieval on the moon of Porus Vida by Hapan forces. Imperial forces are not to be present when this occurs. All other prisoners directly involved in resisting Imperial forces at Parein II shall be disposed of discreetly following interrogation. Those prisoners not involved in resisting the Empire shall remain on Kessel excepting those incapable of labor (children, infirm, etc.), who shall be disposed of discreetly and economically.
