| *The following statement would be issued at the point Monor II crews were refused access to the Eos ships in Orbit.*
Breach of Contract
Whereby Moff Verilia did sign a contract in the name of the Eos Corporation, for exclusive mining rights in exchange for (among other things) a defensive fleet for Monor II.
Seeing that Moff Verilia has made his intention to not deliver this fleet (as agreed) to our people plain.
The contractual arrangement between Eos and Monor II is hereby absolved due to breach of contract on the part of Eos Corporation.
The servants of Eos Corporation have two days to abjure the realm of the Priest Prince.
His Holiness Agapos IX wishes to offer the same (extremely generous) offer to any corporation which believes it has the ability to harvest Cirrifog within the guidelines we set.
His Holiness would prefer to grant split rights in this instance, and would view extremely favourably any coalition of smaller mining companies to harvest Cirrifog due to the higher level of individual interaction with smaller companies.
