Please inform Mr Verilia that I will not be removed from proceedings, I do not own a company which competes with Mr Verilia's company.
Azure Durasteel is a supplier, founder and distributor of Durasteel and other metals and not a mining concern. It also only operates within the Core, Expansion Region and Colonies (as well as small sections of the Inner Rim) as such it does not directly compete with your corporation and would not benefit from your corporation having any negative outcome. Even if our companies were to be in competition, E.P.I.C. operates on such a vastly smaller scale to be insignificant to our business as we deal only with large corporate and governmental end users and are not a small time rimward mining concern.
Equally, we are not here scrutinizing your company, it is your Ethics and suitability for your post (as well as any breaches of law) under investigation, your company is only relevant insofar as it may represent an extension of your good or bad management.
Also please transmit the codes for access to your communications.

It is not only that you own another company, our hesitation as well as our concern also stem from your owning stock in RimCo, the Outer Rim corporation that is also viewed as a rival company. It would see though that you do not have the "Ethical" view that your actions due to your ownership of another company, and stock in yet another, should preclude you from any further participation with this hear.
We will not be transmitting the codes for access to our communications, as you have only requested copies of messages and not of any ability to access our communications.
You will find though that there are no breaches of the law by Moff Verilia, and this entire hearing is nothing more than a sham put on by your personal problem against the Moff. He will arrive though for the hearing.

| Then transfer all the communications with all speed. They will be verified with Imperial Intelligence so I advise you not to hide anything from us as this would be a breach of the subpoena and would consist of lying to an Imperial Committee.
You should be informed that "RimCo" is not a company that I own shares in personally. The Government of Anaxes' Sovereign Wealth Fund owns a share in the corporation but I don't think it follows that I, an elected Imperial Official have any conflict of interest by the existence of this fully declared planetary asset.
Now, please move along from your attempts to attack my person and concentrate on preparing your testimony.
