I would like to highlight to you the new Capital Vessels Act which seeks to streamline enforcement of the act and prevent your Committee from chronic overwork.
Particularly worth highlighting is that the absolute prohibition on the main turbolaser type found on a Venator is removed, as is the prohibition on Quad Turbolasers. Enforcement is streamlined and rules for determining status of vessels is very clearly clarified in a manner which makes your life easier.
Is there anything you personally would like to see added to the act or removed? I value your opinion.
