It has been too long for me to have taken the time to sit down and open a dialogue between ourselves. I am here to try and sway you to vote against this bill, one that would hinder your people's safety and prevent you from purchasing the needed ships to defend your world against Criminals and pirates, the very same that would still hold onto their own warships that this bill seeks to do away with. I ask you, how will your people sleep at night knowing that their world is not in possession of the ships needed to defend themselves against pirates and other criminals. Do the right thing for your people and vote against this bill, show them that you have their safety in mind, and that you want your people to have the ships they need that can properly defend them from any such attack.
