| Your Excellency, the Grand Vizier,
You'll find attached a comprehensive report on the progress of Imperial Intelligence's propaganda ops in the Cronese Mandate, as you ordered some months ago. Below, I've emphasized in summary form some of the salient points from the report;
■ The Imperial News Network is now broadcast on most worlds in the Cronese Mandate and a Cronese-specific advertising campaign has increased INN viewership in the Chandaar media market by 23%.
■ There is now a registered "Imperialist Party" on 11 worlds in the Cronese Mandate including Soruus, Pasmin, and Derellium. The Imperialist Party of Soruus is establishing an armed "self defense squad" in response to anti-Imperialist demonstrations--the Imperialist Party of Derellium is considering doing the same.
■ Hyacinth Dafoe, a noble of the House of Cron and an anti-Tion populist considered an authority on Cronese trade and immigration policy, has been cultivated as an Imperial Intelligence operative, as have members of his retinue.
■ Verony Goldsmyth, booking agent for the second highest-rated news & entertainment network in the Cronese Mandate, has been cultivated as an Imperiral Intelligence operative, and exercises considerable latitude on which guests appear on the network; invariably, those presenting an Imperialist perspective. A member of her staff is also an Imperial Intelligence recruiter.
■ Imperial Intelligence authors a bi-monthly Cronese-specific bulletin under the guise of COMPNOR which emphasizes Imperial policies that are favorable to the Cronese Mandate.
■ An important regional bank has been bought out by the Empire and renamed Cronese Imperial Trust. In addition to assisting in the distribution of Imperial Intelligence funds to agents and activists, it also offers seemingly generous loans to Cronese mining concerns that establish the Empire in many cases as the primary investor in these concerns.
■ An aggressive Imperial Academy recruitment drive has commenced on Chandaar, Arramanx, and Derellium. Imperial enlistment of Cronese nationals has increased 11%.

You will also find that the Empire's "favorability" has increased by as much as 12% in an aggregate of Cronese opinion polls in the months since these operations have been underway.
