Mr. Agapos,
While gathering information that will continue my inquiry, it was brought to my attention that you've sent a vessel to Eos. The report also states that it was warned numerous times not to continue further, and also disregarded those orders. From my understanding, it is currently in the hold of tractor beams, the vessels in question that currently hold your own are planning a hyperspace jump to Monor II to return the vessel. When they arrive, there is to be no action taken against them, as they are returning what I hope to be a malfunctioning droid.

Naturally this is a malfunction, the droid was instructed to return if it could not contact the civil power of Eos. It had instructions to hail the Eos Government (if one existed) and carry a message cannister to the people of Eos apologizing if the forfeiting of the EPIC contract had hurt their people in any way, and offering to help fund a civic building of some sort.
It saddens me that EPIC has disrupted our attempt to be generous and kind to the workers of Eos, but never the less this is not a matter which is of great concern to us. We have transmitted a return code so it will return to us.
We gently remind the Moff that we have the right to send diplomatic dispatches where and when we will, and had the droid not been acting overzealously then EPIC would be committing a criminal act by blocking and tampering with the dispatch of a Diplomatic message.
We remain, as ever, your humble servants and would like to make the gesture of imparting to your own Sector Capital's people the gift of the municipal building, instead of the people of Eos - as a symbol of friendship and amity between Monor II and the Empire. Please let me know the costs and the building your people require (within reason) and I will have funds dispatched. Naturally this will go through the proper channels and be declared as a gift to the Sector Capital at Doldur.
May I express my wish that the Moff is well, and that the Maker smiles upon his inquires.
