| Citizens of Embaril, I understand that Embaril once was part of the Kingdom of Cron, while I'm sure Embaril isn't Cronese anymore there are still those families that can trace their lines back that far and would consider themselves Cronese more than Tionese. This message is for those families and their family members that wish to leave Embaril. It is no secret that Embaril is seeking representation in the Imperial Senate, nor does the Mandate wish to deny such, however we believe that the government of Embaril is openly expressing hostility to those families that consider themselves Cronese. It is because of this that the Mandate is opening its borders to those families on Embaril that considering themselves Cronese, to be relocated to any Mandate world of their choice, as well as offer those families and their family members Mandate citizenship.

The Earldom of Embaril has chartered a vessel to help you leave if you wish to. Simply report to the Capital tomorrow morning and she will be ready to take you to Mandate Space - Aye she has enough space to carry all of you who would wish to leave our fair world.
Those who emigrate will lose their birthright, empty houses will be taken as property of Clan Alexander and redistributed to those who need them.
