From: Tycus Gavin Kilran, Moff of the Bright Jewel Sector.
Subject: Commander Merav.

Grand Vizier, I've heard much rumors lately about Commander Merav up for a court martial. Again, I hear these as rumors I am not sure if it is true or not, but if it is I would like to offer some advice as a veteran soldier. Commander Fajra Merav is a fine soldier to our grand empire, as are most of our soldiers. Given everything that she's been through I feel a court martial would be a disgrace to a soldier with such skill, instead of a court martial, hopefully you can be able to convince the ruling council, or Emperor Palpatine himself to give her a "extended" vacation, so that she may receive some rest and relaxation. Once she is feeling much better, having the stress off her mind of her recent incident's we could send her to training, and she could eventually lead a new squad, or possibly become part of a newer squad. This is just my opinion and how I feel on the matter, if it is true.

Signed.

His excellency.

Moff Kilran, I appreciate your concern. I'm not aware of this Commander, however. And I suspect His Majesty has more important issues that occupy his time and attention, as do I. If these rumors are true, I'm sure there are officers who are handling this court-martial and you would be well advised to contact them for more information. Unless there's something extraordinary about this case that merits the attention of the Emperor, I'm content to let the court-martial run its course. If it's anything more than a rumor, that is.

Regards.
