| The Letter would never reach Robeir's Desk, nor would it even leave the processing center. With the mail being sent through a systems of scanners to ensure the safety of those receiving the documents, it would be immediately tagged as a biological hazard and immediately separated from the rest of the mail before being thrown into an incinerator.
