Reports have come in from the Senate that you have dispatched a force to Embaril to crack down on the Embarilite Clans.
I would caution you as a fellow Moff against too harsh a response to the actions on Embaril, the people of Embaril were sorely provoked by the Government of the Cronese Mandate and while their actions should not be encouraged I believe a conciliatory approach would be more prudent and conducive to the public good.
Embaril is a world with a proud warrior tradition, and to have such a world as an ally would be very useful if a conflict were to erupt between the surrounding sectors and the Cronese Mandate. I would remind you that the Cronese Mandate has ignored both our protests at their embargoes against Embaril. And all the while their military grows in size..
Robeir XXII is a timid man in my estimation (as seen by his weak reaction to the strong actions of the Embarilite Clansmen), his people have much to fear from the Embarilites - something which could be turned to our advantage and used as a bargaining chip rather than be risked in heavy handed demolition of the Embarilites which will undoubtedly cost the lives of many of your men.
While I do not wish to tell you how to run your own sector I simply am concerned that the Embarilites might be turned into an obstacle to the goal of a safe region rather than being usable as a resource to achieve that end.
