| Dispatch to General Horrace of the Star Destroyer Wolfenstein as follows. General, we have a brief and unexciting assignment for you, but which the Empire's military research and development teams would be grateful to you for undertaking. With the Empire phasing Clone Wars era vessels out of its starfleet and the increasing proliferation of these vessels among Imperial worlds and even autonomous factions, it has become necessary, in the course of the development of a second generation "Imperial II-class" Star Destroyer, to test the current Imperial I-class in simulated combat with Clone Wars era vessels to identify any deficiencies that the Imperial I-class may have against them. To this end, we would like you to proceed to Centax-1, where you will engage Captain Valerian and his Acclamator-class assault ship in simulated combat.
That is, power adjusted to render turbolasers and other laser weapons harmless, and starfighters to simulate combat on the basis of laser locks rather than direct fire. Damage will be simulated on the basis of full power and direct fire. The war game will commence at 1300 tomorrow, and on the far side of Centax-1, General. I don't want Imperial Center to panic at the sight of a battle in orbit. Good luck, and be well.
