Might I first say that I am still delighted to meet you, President, once you arrive at Lorrd. It was uplifting to hear that the respected President and Senator of Acherin would be attending my humble party. I do so look forward to meeting you there. If I might ask as an aside, and please, do not think me rude, for I wish not to trouble with the more time-consuming, though likely correct channels, is Acherin selling any tracts of land? I find real estate speculation, as well as industrial construction and improvement, to be a bit of a hobby of mine these days, and I was curious if it were a buyer's market on Acherin at present.

| President Tu'Rot, before you decline, know that I ask for little; a total of ten square miles at the maximum, which I intend to pay for out of my own pocket.
