I have formulated an idea which I have made public as an announcement, perhaps prematurely, to the Senate. It is my wish to devote four of Druckenwell's naval vessels in a permanent capacity to Monor II and the station that is operated by Druckenwell and Monorian citizens. These vessels, abiding by the rules set forth in our treaty, will henceforth no longer be used to attack or defend Druckenwell's direct interests, instead remaining as a dedicated Monor II defense for as long as you wish to continue our pact. Is this acceptable?
