Good Morning Senators,
Attached below is the mission statement for a humanitarian organization that I was approached about and I would like to secure your suggestions and support for this before officially presenting it to the Senate.
It is the reason for a one Lord Stark of Llord's recent invitation for the Senate to join him for a meeting on his world.

A Non Government Relief Organization
Mission Statement
"To provide humanitarian aid to the worlds and peoples in distress, with an intent to make relief available all across the galaxy."
Intended Services
- Morale activities and emergency assistance for Imperial servicemembers
- Basic supplies for populations and worlds affected by natural disaster
- Foodstuffs for starving populations
- Relocation assistance for populations whose worlds/homes have been destroyed
Operation and Funding
- Initial start up and operating expenses are to be assumed by the personal means of Lord Stark of Kinyov Province, Llord.
- Continued operating costs will be borne by charitable donations and the continued financial backing of Lord Stark.
Imperial Integration
In order to increase the effectiveness and operating capacity of such an organization, it is proposed that after a thorough vetting and establishment of a background check system for any employees or volunteers of GalacticAid; that GalacticAid be an Imperial recognized organization allowed access to battlegrounds and disaster areas with the sole objective of providing humanitarian aid to affected populations, and to travel on known Imperial space-lanes so as to eliminate the need for private security in dangerous areas.
Interested individuals, businesses and planetary governments are invited to participate in the funding of GalacticAid.

| A curious proposition, Senator volFyr. I'll admit I do not know much of this Lord Stark, but I can hardly prejudge the man without having met him. Nonetheless, this is a reasonable and seemingly honest proposition. Unless one of us finds a major fault with this, I will agree to back it in the Senate. The tragedy at Aeeq has weighed heavily upon my mind for some time, I'll admit, and perhaps this is what is needed to provide aid and succor.

| Senator volFyr, this is a marvelous idea! I would go so far as to say that perhaps the craft Senator Tu'Rot and I have been discussing would be aptly crafted to assist in such a measure, as it is a cargo ship of sorts. I will certainly back this proposition to assist Imperial worlds!

I very much appreciate your support. I'd also like to speak with you about a different matter. As I announced in the Senate, Empress Teta is researching the creation of a sector fleet to patrol the Empress Teta sector; in the interest of finding the best possible arrangement and price, do you think you could relay to the ship builders in your system an invitation to submit a fleet proposal and price bid to my office so I can submit it to the defense ministry.
