| Senator volFyr,
Before a fleet proposal can be offered, I must know how many ships you are looking at purchasing and of what size. After all, we offer a ship comparable in many ways to a slightly-less-armed Star Destroyer, although at a much lesser price than Kuat Drive Yards offers for their ship. I do not know if Empress Teta wishes a large flagship; many smaller cruisers, a command and control craft for organization or if you'd prefer I put together a few sample packages for you to view. Either way, we do our best to customize whatever your needs might be.
Regards,
Toben Domon Senator, Sluis Van

| Senator Domon,
We would like a fleet capable of repelling pirate attacks and pursuing smugglers. We are currently in negotiations with Imperial Surplus, Inc and we are looking at as a proposal;
48 - Starfighters 6 - corvette class starships 3 - cruiser class starships 1 - destroyer class starship
Does that give you an idea of what we are looking for?

Ava

| Senator volFyr,
That does give us a good idea. I have precisely the pick for you, and I shall include our ordering guide for further information on the ships:
In our corvette section, there are two to choose from:
Mantis-class troop transport (equipped primarily for troop carrying but capable of modular changes allowing for multiple uses; can be classed as a light cruiser or a heavy corvette) Intrepid-class corvette (standard corvette design good for all-round purposes)
We make only one cruiser design:
Unfortunately, we do not offer a destroyer-class vessel. Instead, if you would consider for a flagship:
The catalogs for the vessels can be found here and here.
My choices to fill your needs would be the following:
- 36x Arsix-class fighter
- 12x Brenix-class heavy starfighter
- 2x Mantis-class troop vessel
- 4x Intrepid-class corvette
- 3x Scorpius-class cruiser
- 1x Komodo-class battleship
The total for the above comes to 87,840,000 credits; not an unfair deal. We are, however, since you are willing to work with us, I assume, lower the relative prices, especially as you are outfitting a system fleet.

| Senator Domon,
I will forward this information to our defense ministry, I have also been instructed to ask about Sluis Van's capability to retrofit older model vessels, and if so - what upgrades or modifications could your people offer, to include modifying the vessels to be in line with the Capital Ships Act.
Consular Class "Chargers" Hammerhead Class Cruisers Victory I Class Star Destroyers*
I've listed below our key interests in the creation of our fleet;
- Minimal crew requirements
- Speed upgrades
- Sensor package upgrades
- Ion weapon systems (for the disabling of pirates)
- Tractor beams (for the capture of said pirates)
Our defense minister also informed me that they are interested in a long range reconnaissance snubfighter. Would there be anything that comes to mind that Sluis Van could offer or modify?
* If we do purchase a Victory Class Star Destroyer, our defense ministry is interested in it being modified to be less of a weapons platform, and converted into a primary role as a carrier type vessel.

Ava

| Senator volFyr,
At present, Sluis Van holds the only rights and titles to produce the Hammerhead-class design and at the request of certain Imperial organizations, we have refrained from creating more than our Hammerhead-II-class heavy cruiser as Sluis Van's flagship. As such, there is little we can do in that regard.
The Consular-class refits are, you'll understand, already modified vessels. To work with what is currently present in the design would require some extra time, but it could be done. Understand though, that only so much space can be devoted without affecting other systems or functionality. That being said, in both Consular and Victory-I-class designs, sensor upgrades, speed upgrades and minimizing crew requirements would be relatively simple and easy to undertake. Addition of tractor beams and simply alternating some turbolasers for ion cannons would also be a simple matter.
On the terms of a long-range scouting vessel, I'm more than confident that Sluis Van could create a customized ship sufficient to your needs. If you have any specifics on crew and whatnot, simply pass us some guidelines you wish fulfilled and we will do our best.
Have you considered in place of a modified Victory-I-class as a carrier our Indomitable-class command carrier? It is capable of fielding fourteen squadrons of starfighters, acting as an interdiction vessel and serving, with our Sluissi Tactical Advantage computer systems, to tie an entire fleet together with ease unknown of by other companies. Of course, if you are partial to the Victory-class, we can always work within those limitations.

| Senator Domon,
I looked into the Indomitable class you suggested and after conferring with the defense minister I have been instructed to ask for a quote and bid with one of this class as the flagship and command carrier.
We do not plan on, nor foresee the need for fourteen squadrons of snubfighters, could the class be modified carry vessels larger than snub-fighters? We still feel that 48 snubfighters is an appropriate amount.

| Senator volFyr,
With the subtraction of the battleship and the addition of the Indomitable, the total of your previous order with the aforementioned vessel included would come to 92,840,000 credits. Of course, when ordering the Indomitable-class, we offer discounts towards orders of snubfighters when purchased from us at 25% off all snubfighters types. As a carrier, it is quite capable of modifying it to hold corvette-class vessels if that is what you would require.

| Senator Domon,
Currently we are going to keep our tentative order limited to just the Indomitable class. We have no need for the troop carrier as this is a non aggressive fleet and we are currently researching the various merits of the array of snubfighters that have been proposed to the defense ministry's office but we are considering purchasing several of the Arsix class.
We are also considering increasing the snubfighter component to 54 ships, which would be to include 6 long range reconnaissance snubfighters. We are looking for the following;
- 2 Crew
- Hyperdrive
- Shielding
- High Speed
- Upgraded Sensor Package

The Indomitable-class by itself is 35 million credits. Of course, you mentioned corvette-type vessels, of which the Intrepid might suit your need far better than the Mantis-class. As for your recon craft, it should be easy enough to create something within those guidelines.
