Senator,
I regret to inform you Naboo does not sell, nor buy, weapons of war. Indeed, the Engineering Corps is a non-profit entity; it and other entities such as Theed Arms are intended to provide Naboo with the weapons it needs for self defense without having to participate in the war industry. We occasionally lend N-1 squadrons to worlds as part of mutual defense arrangements in order to keep our pilots sharp, but I suspect this isn't what Empress Teta is looking for. Sorry to disappoint.
