My people wish for the Crown of Monor II to have full control over the ships you have given us at this stage. We would appreciate a present and polite turnover of full control now our crews are trained and aboard. We do not oppose observers being aboard the vessels. You have our assurances that they will not be used aggressively or outside of the Monor system.
I hope you understand that my people fear the kind of "supervision" many humans wish to impose on us, as Children of the Maker we wish to stand upright in the sun and we cannot do so without full control of our own fleet.

I am well aware of the pressure that must be put upon you by Representative Vanden, and I can understand all too well how your people must feel about having so many Druckenwell ships above your space. It is for that reason that I will to it that the Arquetins-class light cruisers Tide and Hurricane are transferred fully to Monorian control complete with records of the event. This, I am sure, will ease the minds of your people as having two less vessels for Druckenwell to hold over their heads, if they still fear such, as well as bolstering your own defenses. The EF76 frigate Tornado may or may not be facing reassignment in the near future to elsewhere within the Doldur Sector. You may not have seen the news yet, but Druckenwell is parceling out portions of it fleet for dedicated use while re-consolidating it's own direct defensive posture.

We have a saying on Monor II, and it is a little crude but I truly do feel it's relevant. "Pray or leave the altar", I truly wish for amicable relations between our worlds but if Druckenwell does not wish to donate the EF76 Tornado to us, then it should not do so, it should remove the vessel and state that it intends to redeploy it elsewhere. To have foreigners, even worshipful and laudible ones such as yourselves sitting in our airspace makes my position very difficult, thus I must ask you to turn over the ship or remove it presently.
You must understand that my cabinet are priests, they are used to dealing with certainties and absolutes, to leave them in limbo is terrifying not because of the thread the ship poses but just because they do not control the situation.
I worry that Moff Pike may not be amenable to your wish of consolidation across the Sector, I do trust that efforts are being made to placate him?

I apologize for my lack of clarity, Priest-Prince. Orders have already been dispatched recalling the Tornado to Druckenwell for a systems check and brief refit before its reassignment. The vessel itself should be departing in a matter of hours once the dispatch arrives, so the Sky Marshal assures me. Please let your cabinet know that I sympathize with their views, and I am undertaking all effort to lessen their stress from Druckenwell.
I have not yet spoken to Moff Pike about my efforts yet, but I can only hope the good Moff understand that parceling out what meager vessels Druckenwell has to other worlds in mutual defense hardly threatens the might of his sector fleet.

I am pleased to hear my airspace is to be cleared of vessels which are not under the complete control of the Maker's servants.
As for Moff Pike, I would only advise you to act cautiously, politely and in line with the law when dealing with the other worlds in the Sector, he seems a man who is easily displeased with even the most moderate entreaties. While I realize Druckenwell would never act against the Sector Fleet or the Interests of the Sector I do understand that he may be concerned by a Druckenwellian Ascendancy in the Sector, as it represents the creation of a power base separate from his office.

Your advice is carefully noted, and I will certainly take heed. I confess I know Moff Pike little, but if he is, as I hope, a wise and understanding man, he would see that Druckenwell's actions aid and assist his own sector fleet, as I mentioned. Nonetheless, I will have to notify him, I believe, at least somewhat of my intentions.
