| Moff Levi,
This is simply a formal notice of sorts that I am passing on to yourself; Dorvalla Universal is planning on initiating operations within the Tammuz Sector after seeing the lengths you are going through to ensure the people of the sector are kept safe; the shareholders and company president believe that a Dorvalla-owned mining facility will increase your revenues, as well as show people that the Tammuz Sector is a friendly, welcoming place contrary to the ideals spouted by Deralia's senator-elect.

As ever you are welcome to trade in our Sector. There are many options for trade throughout the many worlds in the Sector including many virgin economies and mining prospects. Permits and land are available from my office and you will naturally be charged a reasonable rate. It's nice to deal with a Moff known for adherence to law and I have complete confidence you will conduct your business honestly.
Let me know where you're interested and I'll let you know the permits you need.
Warm Regards
Moff of the Tammuz Sector

| Moff Levi,
After careful consideration, Dorvalla Universal has selected the planet Fyodos in the Tatrang System. In addition to mining, I have noticed that one of the major imports happens to be slugthrower ammunition. I would like to obtain the proper permits for Dorvalla Arms, a branch of Dorvalla Universal, to manufacture and sell slugthrower munitions on the planet. In addition, if further operations are permitted on Shola and, should we find souls brave enough to work the planet, Dorvalla Universal would wish to expand there in future times.
The company is more than willing to comply with any taxes or regulations that are required, and, if we are lucky, I may be able to come to Tammuz-an for a drink sometime. I do hope you will take me up on it, unlike that obsequious Moff Verilia.

I'm a much in favour of an amitous drink as the next man in aid of prosperity. You are most welcome to visit Tammuz An either time.
An arms dealing license covering all weapons (we don't have one for soley slugthrower ammunition) would run at 2,500,000 Credits per quarter to deal in upto 1,000 tons of Arms per quarter. A land grant on Fyodos would be 1000 credits per acre (for good land), this includes rights for mining (less taxes), for a 99 year lease. The same would apply to Shola but at a cost of 250 credits per acre (plus mining tax if resources are tapped). Mining permits are available for the prices under Imperial law.
You would also be requested to open an office on Tammuz-an so as a significant company you might communicate quickly with my office. As with other companies o a similar size purchase of an arms dealing permit will include a small office in the Capital, you need only staff it.

| Moff Levi,
The company is curious if an accord of some sorts can be reached. We understand that the Tammuz Sector does not have an individual license to sell strictly ammunition, but with some form of written agreement, perhaps the price could be reduced slightly? After all, we don't intent to sell weapons of any sort, or even blaster ammunition packs; solely slugthrower ammunition, which we wish to manufacture on-world. As you can understand, we don't expect it to be likely to make up 2,500,00 credits per quarter in ammunition, after all. The prices for land and mining rights are more than acceptable though.
Dorvalla Universal is willing to install a regional office on Tammuz-an, as well as a small office for Dorvalla Arms, but there are a few provisions that must be mentioned. First is that Dorvalla Universal provides its own facility guards. All are licensed to carry weapons both openly and concealed (which I hope the Tammuz Sector will honor) and all have undergone rigorous security background checks to ensure no criminal history of any major sort has been found. Secondly, it is Dorvalla Universal's practice to staff every planetary facility with at least two squadrons of snubfighters, as well as an armed freighter or two. Naturally, these vessels are expected to aid in planetary defense if need be, but their primary purpose is to defend Dorvalla Universal's facilities. I hope these additions will not be too onerous.

Frankly I doubt you would trade more than 50 tons in that world per quarter, with that being said, we could give you a license for a proportional rate of 125,000 Credits a quarter for up to 50 tons.
Dorvalla would be welcome to have a corportate defense force, so long as they are aware they would be subordinate to local and Imperial law. There is a right to bear arms in the Sector so we have no problem with your guards being armed.

| Moff Levi,
This is more than acceptable. My office shall draw up our side of the contract and send it to you along with this message. It will be several weeks, perhaps less, ideally, to get everything into place, but we should all be able to mutually profit from this endeavor. I look forward to our meeting, Moff.
Warm regards,
