| Dear Sirs,
I would like to ask when my mint spirit is going to be released. I have already been paid for the product but you are holding up local businessmen from getting their produce. As stated the ingredients are just water, mint, alcohol and sugar - any pocket scanner could tell you this in a minute - so I would like to get a timeframe on the release of this liquor.

While the ingredients may be just water, mint, alcohol and sugar, This is the first time that the Mandate has heard of this alcohol that you are seeking to distribute through the Mandate. We have no other record of this alcohol having been supplied anywhere before the Mandate. If we were to just put it out on the shelf without the concern of first testing it to ensure that it is safe for the consumption of our people, then our people would be outraged that we are not doing our job to ensure that they are getting only the best products that are untainted and safe for the people. With that said, our testing should be finished within one standard week, as such we've already issued an inconvenience check to make up for the current situation. The check was handed to a Captain L'edeger, if it has not made its way to you, then I'd suggest questioning the captain on the checks whereabouts.

As you wish, a weeks delay will not harm my margins but may harm that of the buyers. As I say it's a simple recipe easily checked and I am shocked it takes a week, but such is the law and so I will abide by it.
