Deralia is in the news lately, it seems, and I couldn't help but notice that a deadline is fast approaching for it to hand over a DP-20 frigate to Dantooine in compliance with a recent law. I'd be remiss if I did not offer to you the services of my company in helping to do this, if you'd like; Imperial Surplus, Inc. not only sells surplus Imperial vessels but also decommissions them, so we have some experience in the transport of these vessels and also the wiping of hard drives, the restoration of factory settings, etc. We can assist your people in this task or, if you'd prefer, simply advise them (we happen to have some technical staff in the vicinity of the Tammuz Sector).

I have a Frigate on standby which should take custody today, but I have little interest in organizing or paying for the logistics of transportation. I have no problem with allowing you to convey the transportation (your people should already have relevant background checks?).
If you could check them over (for tampering, slave circuits etc) and return them to Dantooine then I am sure we can organize you a suitable sum for your services. Please forward to me a copy of the proposed invoicing and I will see it is all ironed out - pending value for money and security is in order I have no problem with this.
As I mention we would keep our frigate on station, just in case the Deralians did decide that they don't want to relinquish their vessels. So long as we can square this away I will deputize the relevant people as Sector authorised debt collectors for the duration. Naturally a squad of Stormtroopers and an ISB agent would be attached just for security.

My droids have forwarded the requisite documents to your droids. It is a privilege to serve the Empire and, as a service to the Empire, we're content to charge well below our normal market price; reimbursement for transport, fuel, etc. and not much else. Be assured, also, as a parastatal enterprise we have the highest standards for our employees; their backgrounds are checked and their competence assured.
We're also grateful for the presence of your forces during this operation lest offended parties on Deralia manufacture some sort of "incident," as you say.
