| Grand Vizier, the Cronese Mandate already has the full total in Aurodium Ingots ready for shipment to the Imperial Bank. As for the modification of the interest rate, the Cronese Mandate would like to drop it to 2%.
The Mandate will also be adding the following Terms to the Debt Contract.
1.) Interest Rate lowered to 2% Daily
2.) Daily Debt Holding Fee of 5% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt
3.) Daily Debt Processing Fee of 2.5% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt
4.) Daily Debt Accounting Fee of 10% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt
5.) Daily Debt Bank Account Fee of 12% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt
6.) Daily Debt Bank Record Fee of 6% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt
7.) Daily Debt Statement Fee of 4% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt
8.) Daily Debt Account Summary Fee of 5% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt
9.) Daily Debt Non Cronese Mandate Bank Teller Service Fee of 2% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt
10.) Daily Debt Late Payment Fee of 10% of 5,618,525 Million Credit Debt, which will gain 2% per each late day passed, and multiplied by 2% each day after. The first Late Payment Fee will be 10%, the Second Late Payment Fee will be 12%, the Third will be 14% and so on and so on.
11.) Should Deralia continue to refuse to pay the Debt by the time it reaches 50% of what the Mandate has paid on the auction of the Deralian Debt, the Cronese Mandate reserves the right to take the planet of Deralia as full payment.

| This is hereby notification that correct payment, in the original sum of 5,618,525 Imperial credits. After consultation with our government's legal counsel, it is deemed by the loan modification could not legally stand retroactively, and would not be effective until its public posting. As such, and as a full day has not passed, the Royal Treasury of Deralia will only be submitting the original debt to the Cronese Mandate. Should the Cronese Mandate object, we will gladly accept a full, proper legal challenge. The Cronese Mandate is also hereby notified that, should the payment to Dantooine be repealed by act of the Imperial Senate, the amount of 5,618,525 Imperial credits would be owed to the Royal Treasury of Deralia.

| King Deralius, it has been Three days since the acquisition of the original debt of 5,618,525 Million Credits that was owed to Dantooine, by the Cronese Mandate. The Debt that you are stating that will be paid is no longer the current debt that is owed. If you wish to fight it and tie it up in legal matters that is your prerogative, however, should the Debt be repealed, the Cronese Mandate will not be paying Deralia the 5,618,525 Million Credits, as the bill specifies the debt owed to Dantooine, and not the current Debt owed to the Cronese Mandate, which is now 16,771,295.875 Credits. Again, if you believe that your best action is to tie this up in a legal matter, that is your choice.
