Citing the endorsement Queen Cerra made for corruption Quote (Janar_Cerra)
we could all use a bit of corruption.
Furthermore citing the generally inappropriate and unladylike way in which Queen Cerra comports herself.
Noting also that Queen Cerra is from an undemocratic regime which gives no thought to the rights of her people, drinking their money in baccantine debauches while they are forced to work to pay for their families.
We notify the Ruling Council of our intention to annex Garos IV to become a Self Administering Territory of the Axum System, in order to conduct this we will use military force to dethrone Queen Cerra, and exile her to a suitable place where she might consider her evil deeds.
Under this agreement the new regime on Garos IV would be given full rights of self administration, with the option for independence to be balloted on within one year. All vestiges of monarchy will be removed from the system to pave the way for a multi-party democracy in which the ideals of the New Order can survive and thrive. Once annexed it is our intention to help modernize the local economy to bring lasting prosperity to these poor benighted people, in order to finance this we will confiscate the planetary's treasury. Once a democratic regime is installed they will regain full control of the treasury.
Use of force will extend to all conventional means of conflict.
Use of force will be done with due consideration for the lives and rights of the people of Garos IV, no unnecessary damage will be done to private property.
A temporary blockade will be put on the system before operations commence in order to make sure the skies are clear for a quick and hopefully bloodless operation to be launched to bring peace, justice and democracy to Garos IV.
We intend to invite our allies along too.
