Once again, let me say how pleased I was to have to for dinner on Lorrd. It was a pleasant experience for all of us, I believe, and I hope you all felt the same way. I write to you now concerning the matter of GalacticAid discussed at the end of our dinner. Senators,

As I had mentioned, the largest space I would require for the larger sites would be ten square miles, but this is, understandably, only an option for worlds who can spare the space. Barring that, as many city blocks as can be given up comfortably; GalacticAid will renovate any old buildings at no cost to your worlds, unless you chose to help as such. The compounds themselves will need to be, by necessity, walled off so as to grant any refugees privacy and allow local citizens a feeling of safety from any 'outsiders.' This is unfortunate, but sadly necessary as I feel an extended stay by any refugees may cause problems. The specifications on said wall place it at no less than sixty feet high and at least ten thick. This will also discourage, I hope, any looters from attempting to break into the sites where food, aid items and such will be stored.

The habitation areas themselves will need to be of the prefabricated variety for the moment, each capable of housing two families of at least seven beings with a separator. Out of necessity, I would prefer to see each site have its own well dug so as not to tap too heavily into preexisting water supplies. Let me know your thoughts so far.
