| Dear Sirs,
Could we interest you in a practice-blockade of a world, in order to keep our crews able to cooperate in operations in the future?
The Interest Protection Squadron is scheduled to replace a number of it's vessels presently. This is not anticipated to effect our service, however we would like to assure that our military forces remain able to cooperate efficiently as we have done in the past. I would also like to inquire about the possibility of appointing a Liason Officer to Brentaal so that we might communicate in a discrete and speedy manner into the future.

I lament the absence of a worthy enterprise. Of late, Brentaal has had to content itself with exercising its might on far inferior foes; namely the half-sentient rabble of the Sluis Sector and its environs. While no gentleman desires war, it does have a certain panache as I'm sure you understand as a man who bleeds azure. But we must at least remain prepared for war, I should think. Yes, Captain, Brentaal would be honored to participate in a "dry-run," if you will. A liaison officer shall be cordially received; Brentaal is perhaps more experienced than any world in interdiction and I have no doubt we shall be a sterling example to your men. Where did you have in mind for this blockade, Captain?

I must too lament the regrettable passivity we have seen in the previous months. However, the time has not been used to too ill a purpose with the Squadron being soundly drilled in gunnery duties and some rather dull interdiction missions. I can assure you that the Interest Protection Squadron is keen to further it's auspicious name with increased activity in the most noble of all pursuits
The system we aim to perform the exercise in will be "U-22985 (Auril Sector)", a sequence of dull rocks so far as I am concerned, however, the presence close to the Cronies offers some hope of an action, what? We have been considering a friendly progress through Cronese space via the Greater Cronese Arc and then Perlamian Trade route back to the Core (as the quickest route back) and we would welcome your vessels joining us on this progress.
I have dispatched The Honourable Lieutenant Charles Hugo Montagu-Stuart-Wortley-Trefusis-Moray of Anaxes, Lord Chancellor of the Privy Cloth, Gentleman Usher of the Opal Blade and Out-Ranger of the Sirpar Hills to Brentaal in order to assure that there is a smooth flow of data regarding planning of the exercise between us.
