| Dear Sirs,
Pursuant to good conduct and communication between the forces of the planets of the Empire and the Empire itself, we would like to notify of our intention to perform a set of "Wargames" in and around the uninhabited system designated U-22985 (Auril Sector). Naturally we would welcome Imperial Liason and Observation during this period which is anticipated to be ongoing for the following month or so.
In addition to the Azure Interest Protection Squadron we anticipate vessels of various other worlds to participate.
We have chosen a location clear of the major spacelanes which ought to mean there is no danger of civilians falling into our lines of fire. Naturally, we will place pickets and beacons to warn incoming craft the area is temporarily closed. In addition, we plan to establish several temporary sensor outposts on several planetoids within the system. These will be removed in their entirety when the exercise is finished.
