You have not heard of me, which is to be expected. My name is Alyn Stark, Lord of the Kinyov province on Lorrd. I have scheduled a visit to the Tammuz Sector and one of my wishes was to pay a visit to Deralia. I realize with all the unpleasant issues going on lately, you may have your hands full, but I would like to come with a proposal that may ease Deralia's plight and cast a more favorable outlook on your world, which is too rich in history to be spurned.
