According to your press release. you are willing to accept independent observers on your world. I would like to become one such observer in the name of humanity and justice. I wish only to view with my own eyes the actions of the Ethnic Cronese and hope that, perhaps with a small spot of outside non-militaristic intervention, problems may be abated on Caluula. Perhaps you may have heard of the GalacticAid foundation that passed in the Senate? I would wish to come and discuss such with you at the earliest convenience. I find myself on Chandaar at present to try and sway the Mandate's government away from war, but I would gladly extend a trip to your world.
