Subject: Xerrol Corporation Parts Contractor Proposal
Mr. Fox,
From one fellow businessman to another, we both know that small, niche companies can see surprisingly high operating costs. It almost defies the logic of the business model, especially in the defense industry. I don't know if you know of me, but I am Aulus Decius, CEO of Decius Industries, the premier defense parts manufacturer and provider for small businesses in the galaxy. It has come to my attention that your company now owns the Xerrol Corporation, which is indeed a small, niche company. While it may not make a difference to your company due to your involvement in the mining industry, I know it will make a difference to your shareholders. I wish to approach you, in seeking our two companies forming a contract for my company to produce and provide the necessary parts the Xerrol Corporation needs, and in doing so, lowering your overall operating costs in regards to the Xerrol Corporation. Please, respond at the earliest opportunity in regards to this matter. We can settle it right now, or meet up to discuss it further; it is up to you.

Due to the sensitive information pertaining to Xerrol Corporation and the sensitivity, skill and time needed to craft the fine products that it provides the Empire, each part in each product is handcrafted as the finest attention to detail is needed. This means that we are unable to merely mass produce parts for the product like many other products are, and must decline your proposal. The product produced by Xerrol for the Empire is too sensitive to allow anyone other than the skilled craftsmen that produce the various parts with pain staking detail and attention, to produce any part involved in the construction and final product.
