Sir,
With the religious Zealot Agapos sending his Message to the Emperor, as well as sending it to the public, I believe that it falls into the boundaries of the Emperor's Shadowguard to step into this matter and properly deal with this religious zealot and ensure that he sees that the Emperor is the ruling force in the Galaxy and that Agapos must learn his place. If there is any need for the Emperor's Shadowguard to take action, we are already alerted to the situation, and are ready to move when given the order.
