I wish to apply for an Imperial Peace Keeping Certificate. While I am not a man who approves of violence, I believe fully in the Empire, and if in any way I may assist in bringing dangers to the Empire before the Emperor's justice, then I am obligated, on my honor as an Imperial citizen, to help.
